Uma Revolução Assim | Festival | 25/09 - 06/10/24

From September 25 to October 6, the festival Uma Revolução Assim will take place in Lisbon, featuring a series of discussions about access to housing and ways of inhabiting spaces. It will be a moment of collective reflection on how housing issues have been addressed in society and how we can contribute to resolving inequalities in the right to housing.

The schedule includes talks and documentary screenings, with a mobile setup of stages spread throughout the city of Lisbon, as well as other events held at Culturgest.

On September 26, the video essay Uma Revolução Assim will premiere at 6:30 p.m. in Auditorium 2 at Culturgest (R. Arco do Cego), followed by a debate with the protagonists of the video essay and participants of the festival. This video essay was created by video artist Nuno Cera in collaboration with architect Tiago Mota Saraiva.

The UMA REVOLUÇÃO ASSIM festival is an initiative of the Goethe-Institut Portugal and the Caixa Geral de Depósitos Foundation – Culturgest, in partnership with the Institut français du Portugal as part of Mais França, and curated by Julia Albani with curatorial consulting by Ana Jara, Nuno Cera, and Tiago Mota Saraiva.
